Refund ~ Policy
At MYTHIQUE Premium Perfume, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept any returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
However, we do provide replacement in specific cases such as if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proper photo or video proof (preferably an unboxing video).
To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that fragrance preference is subjective, and we do not accept returns or complaints based on personal liking or smell expectations.
